Abstract:
Criminal policy in any country indicated in legical, judicial and administrative levels that in this article, legislation criminal policy and judicial criminal policy have important role in designing of Criminal policy. Studying of legislation criminal policy and judicial criminal policy of iran in fronting of drug crimes achieves the possibility of estimating of it. problem in this article is that what is the problems of legislation criminal policy and judicial criminal policy of Iran?what is valuation of pragmatism and indispensability principles in the criminal policy of iran. Conclusion in this article is that legislation criminal policy and of iran containing the repression and tensing of punishment is adversment with judicial criminal policy. in this reason, pragmatism and indispensability principles interrupted.
